Let’s make the pool a place of gathering once again! Join us for An Evening at the Pool to celebrate the opening of the new Swimming Together exhibit. The event will end the Lantern Parade down the River Walk, all part of Flow Tuscaloosa. Food trucks, music, and memories of the pool will be the focus of the event. We are excited to work with Lyndell McDonald on a stunning light display on the old pool grounds at the Mildred Westervelt Warner Transportation Museum. There will also be places to hang lanterns from the parade.
The museum is located at the intersection of Queen City Avenue and Jack Warner Parkway, across Queen City from the Tuscaloosa Public Library. The street address is 1901 Jack Warner Parkway, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
